• Yenda Pale Ale About us

    Don't know where yenda is?

It’s 15 clicks from Griffith, NSW. If Yenda is known for anything, it’s what we don’t have and don’t miss that makes it really something.
No traffic, no rate race, no crazy schedules. Out here we have the time to do great things and we couldn’t think of a better way of life.

It’s the simple things that matter and that’s how we like it. Just barley fields, a river and 1503 locals on a first name basis with John the butcher.

our story

Yenda. 15 Clicks from Griffith.

Yenda’s roots run deep—once a soldier settlement, now the heart of Australia’s biggest food bowl. Grit and passion turned this land into a hub for citrus, rice, wheat, and barley. Then the Italians arrived, planted vineyards, and made plenty of wine. But at the end of the day, nothing beats a crisp, cold beer.

So, one local family spent three years building a brewery, three months growing barley, and about three seconds naming it—Yenda Beer. Made with local barley, Snowy Mountains water, and crafted by a few passionate locals (plus a brewer or two), it’s a true taste of the region.

Fun fact: The Yenda Brewery sits on an original soldier settlement—Farm 1471, Wakley Rd. We reckon those farmers would raise a glass to that.

Our beers have won a few awards, and thanks to our mates at Aussie-owned Amatil, you’ll find us in bottle shops and pubs nationwide. But here in Yenda, what matters most is good mates and a decent beer at the end of the day.
